The company processes your personal data, among other things, in the following circumstances: If you contact us directly, e.g. via our websites, by e-mail or by telephone through our hotline, to request information about our products and services; If you subscribe to our commercial offer; If you respond to our marketing campaigns, e.g. by filling in a reply card, subscribing to our newsletter or entering data on one of our websites or accessing restricted areas of the website portal; If we acquire your personal data from other sources (e.g. from intermediaries, social media), in full compliance with applicable legislation. DEDALO.Tech will process your personal data, which may consist of an identifier such as your first and last name and generally personal data, telephone numbers, e-mail accounts and bank and tax data, other personal data.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: provision of the service/fulfilment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations; to fulfil obligations provided for by law and European regulations; sending promotional and/or commercial offers to our customers; marketing to anyone who has previously given their consent by e-mail or through the official social pages of DEDALO.Tech.
LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROVISION OF DATA AND WHETHER IT IS COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL
The processing for the purpose n. 1 is necessary for the execution of the contract signed or under negotiation and therefore, to use the services contractually agreed. Therefore, without consent, it will not be possible to provide any service. The processing for the purpose n. 2 is based on the law and is mandatory. The processing for the purpose No. 3 is optional and is based on our legitimate interest to send communications to our customers regarding products and/or services already acquired. However, the interested party may, at any time, interrupt the receipt of these communications by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org; processing for purpose no. 4 is based exclusively on express consent, which can be freely revoked by the interested party at any time, free of charge and easily. Failure to provide consent or revocation of the same shall not entail any consequences, except for the impossibility of using the services requested, the site or obtaining information/promotions on our activities.
Personal data are processed both in paper and electronic and/or automated form, using a wide range of security measures in order to improve data protection and in compliance with the Technical Regulations on minimum security measures, Annex B of the Privacy Code. Data processing will be carried out in such a way as to guarantee continuous security and confidentiality and may also be carried out with the aid of electronic means. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA Personal data may be shared with parties who typically act as data controllers pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulations namely: persons, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy to the Data Controller in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial and credit recovery matters relating to the provision of Services; subjects with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of Services (e.g. platforms for e-mail management service, hosting providers); subjects delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities (including the maintenance of network equipment and electronic communication networks); subjects, bodies or authorities, independent data controllers, to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data by virtue of legal provisions or orders by the authorities; persons authorised by the Data Controller to process personal data pursuant to art. 29 of the Regulation necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of services, who are committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality.
Personal data for the purpose of providing the service/contractual fulfilment will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve this purpose. In any case, the data controller may keep it for a longer period, in particular to protect its interests from liability for the services rendered. Personal data provided for the purpose of sending information and/or commercial promotions will be kept until the data subject revokes the consent given.

RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS CONCERNED
Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, the data subject has the right to request, at any time, access to his/her personal data, rectification or erasure thereof, restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the Regulation, to obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning him/her, in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation. At any time, the data subject may revoke the consent given pursuant to art. 7 of the Regulation; lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR, if he/she believes that the processing of his/her data is contrary to the legislation in force. Users may formulate a request to object to the processing of their personal data pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR in which they give evidence of the reasons justifying the objection: the Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate the request, which would not be accepted in the event of the existence of compelling legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the user.
